We talk through your body, your questions, and what will suit you best.
You will be recommended a clear plan to move you forward
You’ll leave knowing: whether Pilates is right for you, where you should start and how to progress safely

Pilates after 45 should feel safe, structured, and confidence-building, not rushed or confusing.
Most people don’t get the full benefits of Pilates because they skip the foundations. They are not given the right starting point for their body.

– The C.O.R.E. Pilates Foundation Course: most common starting point for 45+
– The Core Strength Pilates Membership: if you already practise confidently
– Private Pilates Session/s: if your needs are more complex
– Local Studio Classes: with a certified Pilates instructor
